ENFJ Personality Characteristics

The ENFJ is the benevolent "pedagogues" of humanity. They have a tremendous charisma by which many are drawn to their home guardianship and / or their grand plans. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique art to sell. But normally their intention is not to manipulate people, ENFJs generally believe in their dreams and see themselves as helpers and activators, as is often the case.

ENFJs are, by definition, Js, with whom we associate organization and decision. But they are not like the SJ or even the NTJ in terms of organization of environment or occasional stubbornness. ENFJs are organized in the field of interpersonal affairs. Their offices may or may not be cluttered, but they draw their conclusions (reached through feelings) about people and motives much more quickly and are firmer than their NFP counterparts.

ENFJs know and appreciate people. Like most NFs, (and Sentimentals in general), ENFJs are prone to neglecting and neglecting their own needs to meet the needs of others. They have weaker psychological limits than most and are at risk of being hurt or even abused by people who are less understanding. ENFJs often accept more of the burdens of others than they can bear.
